Meet an AI partner that gets to know you — your skills, experience, interests, lifestyle, goals, and even the strengths you may not recognize in yourself yet.
Together, you'll uncover realistic ways to create additional income, explore what actually fits you, and get help turning the right possibility into something real.
Mazi is NU's curious little guide — here to remind us that sometimes the best place to start isn't with an answer. It's with curiosity.
Search for ways to make extra income and you'll find endless lists: freelancing, Etsy, consulting, content creation, virtual assistance, online courses, affiliate marketing...
But a list of ideas doesn't know your life.
Skills, work experience, hobbies, life experience, things people ask you for help with — some of your most valuable possibilities may feel so normal to you that you've never thought of them as something someone would pay for.
How much time do you have? Do you want to work with clients? Learn something new? Build recurring income? Work from home? Create something once and sell it more than once? The details matter.
An idea can sound profitable and still be completely wrong for you. Your Income Partner is designed to understand first — and recommend only after it has enough information to explain why an opportunity may actually fit.
You don't need another list of 50 side hustles.
Your Income Partner learns what matters about you before suggesting what you should do next — your experience, strengths, interests, lifestyle, goals, preferences, and even things you may not recognize as valuable yet.
You talk or type naturally. Your partner asks thoughtful follow-up questions, explores your work and life experience, and pays attention to the things you mention almost in passing.
Your goals, strengths, preferences, constraints, ideas, reactions, and discoveries become part of an evolving picture of you — so you don't have to start over every time you come back.
Something you've done for years, a hobby, a problem you naturally solve, a skill people rely on you for, or experience you never thought of as marketable may contain an opportunity worth exploring.
Instead of throwing random side hustles at you, your partner weighs what you've shared against your income goals, available time, preferred way of working, and what you're actually willing to do.
Love part of an idea but hate another part? Say so. Your reaction becomes new information. The partner learns, refines, and gets closer to something that feels right for you.
Once you find a direction worth pursuing, the goal isn't to leave you with an idea and wish you luck. Your partner stays with you as you begin validating, building, and creating income.
“You mentioned that almost in passing, but I want to stay with it for a minute. There may be more value hiding in that than you realize.”
— The kind of conversation we're building for your Income PartnerYour Income Partner doesn't just ask, “Could this make money?” It asks whether it could realistically make sense for you.
Your partner looks at your existing skills, experience, knowledge and strengths before suggesting a direction.
Being capable of something doesn't mean you want to build your income around it. Your interests and preferences matter.
A $5,000-a-month goal means something very different if you have 10 hours a week than if you have 40.
Maybe you want recurring income. Maybe you want fewer clients. Maybe you want something that can eventually earn without every dollar requiring another hour of your time.
New skills are not automatically a problem. But your partner should tell you what you'd need to learn and help you decide whether that path is worth it.
Before encouraging you to pursue an idea, the partner looks at the basic economics: pricing, customers, time, units, recurring revenue and what it could realistically take to reach your goal.
How long does each item take to make?
What could you realistically charge?
How many would you need to sell each month?
Could you produce that many in the hours you actually have?
Or would your skill work better as a pattern, digital product, class, kit, licensing opportunity or another model that isn't tied so directly to production time?
The goal isn't to hand your life or your business over to AI. It's to give you the kind of support that makes difficult, confusing, time-consuming or unfamiliar things easier to move through.
Want to understand the process yourself? Your partner can explain what to do, why it matters, and what the next step looks like.
Work through it together. You stay involved while your partner helps think, organize, research, plan and make the next step easier.
When you don't want to start from a blank page, your partner can prepare drafts, plans, ideas, research or other work for you to review.
Your partner may help you prepare the work, but you decide before something is sent, published, purchased or shared publicly.
You can change direction, ask for another option, slow down, or say no.
Emails, messages and outreach wait for your approval.
Nothing goes public just because the AI prepared it.
You decide before purchases or paid actions happen.
Your preferences can evolve, and your partner should learn with you.
Trust isn't something you have to give the AI on day one.
We're building something new: an AI partner designed to get to know you, uncover realistic income possibilities, and then stay with you as you begin turning the right one into something real.
And we're looking for the first people who want to experience it, help us make it better, and be part of what comes next.

No business idea required. Just curiosity about what additional income could look like for you.
So many people want or need additional income, but they don't necessarily want to “become entrepreneurs,” learn a whole new industry, or spend months trying random side hustles that never really fit them.
And often, the most promising starting point isn't something brand new. It's already somewhere in their experience, their abilities, their hobbies, the problems they naturally solve, the things people ask them for help with, or the life knowledge they've accumulated over years.
The challenge is recognizing it — and then figuring out whether it could actually become something useful, realistic and financially worthwhile.
What if AI could do more than give you ideas?
What if it could get to know you well enough to help you discover the right ones? The long-term vision is an AI partner that stays with you beyond the first idea.

Here are a few of the things we expect people to want to know first.
No. In fact, one of the main reasons we're building the Income Partner is to help people who know they want additional income but don't yet know what kind of opportunity makes sense for them.
That's not the goal. The Income Partner is being designed to get to know you over time, remember what it learns, ask follow-up questions, learn from your reactions, and use that understanding to help you make better decisions.
No. We want the partner to understand enough about you first to explain why a particular possibility may fit your experience, interests, available time, income goals and preferred way of working.
That's exactly the kind of assumption the discovery process is meant to explore. Valuable skills and knowledge can come from jobs, life experience, hobbies, things you've created, problems you've solved, or things other people already rely on you for.
No. Depending on the person, possibilities could eventually include services, products, digital assets, recurring revenue models, freelancing, teaching, licensing, memberships or other approaches. The point is to find what fits rather than force everyone into the same model.
Tell your partner. Your reaction is useful information. The experience is being designed so that what you like, dislike, reject or question helps the partner learn more about you and refine the possibilities.
The product is being designed around user control. You decide how much help you want, and important actions such as sending, publishing or purchasing should require your approval.
Not yet. We're currently building and testing the first experience. Founding members will be among the earliest people invited in and will help us learn what works, what needs improvement and what should come next.
